What We Do
Startwings is a “flight school” for entrepreneurs and intrapraneurs. Our mission is to reduce risk, lower capital requirements, and improve the odds of success by eliminating waste from the innovation process. We call this approach “Lean Innovation”. It applies the best practices of “Lean Startup” and “Customer Development” to the innovation process at startups and large companies alike.
Our workshops are based on the ideas of leading entrepreneurial thought leaders filtered through the real-life experiences of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. We bring our Lean Innovation workshops directly to the doorstep of entrepreneurs and intrapraneurs in their home countries. Our workshops are practical, hands-on and game changing.
We offer follow-on consulting and advisory services to companies who have participated in our workshops.
